Julie Starr Parker, Ph.D., is an intuitive life coach, spiritual counselor, and paranormal consultant. She earned a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in spirituality and consciousness from Saybrook University in 2005 and a Master's degree from John F. Kennedy University in 1999. A former deputy sheriff, she has been intuitive since childhood. She waited until middle adulthood to formally develop her abilities to use in service for others. Julie received intensive psychic development training from Debra Lynn Katz at the International School of Clairvoyance for two years before offering professional services.
