Julie Starr Parker, Ph.D. is an intuitive life coach, spiritual counselor, psychic reader, and intuitive development mentor. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology with a concentration in Consciousness and Spirituality from Saybrook University in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 1999.
A former deputy sheriff, Julie has been intuitive since childhood but waited until midlife to formally develop her abilities for use in service to others. She completed two years of intensive psychic development training with Debra Lynn Katz at the International School of Clairvoyance before offering professional readings and mentorship.
Julie also brings over 20 years of experience as a psychology professor where she has instructed courses in general, developmental, abnormal, and positive psychology.
Blending her academic expertise, grounded presence, and clairvoyant insight, Julie helps others navigate spiritual awakening, develop intuitive and psychic abilities, and find clarity, healing, and empowerment through spiritual guidance and energy work.
