Julie Starr Parker, Ph.D., is a transpersonal psychologist, intuitive life coach, and paranormal consultant. A former deputy sheriff she has been intuitive since childhood. She waited until middle adulthood to formally develop her abilities to use in service for others. Julie received intensive psychic development training from Debra Lynn Katz at the International School of Clairvoyance for two years before offering professional services.
